Teambuilding - BP / IC International

The Client
BP has many different specialist teams where the members are spread across the world at various BP locations and sites. Teambuilding events are therefore crucial in helping the members to feel valued and to allow them to relax and enjoy each other's company when they have the opportunity to get together as part of the full team.

For many years, we have been working with IC International in helping to bring a relaxed fun teambuilding event which: works with small to medium sized groups, is inclusive, has an international flavour (as many delegates have different backgrounds and locations) and helps to engender a sense of fun and support.

Appointing Fifth Dimension
The Inspiration Game^TM was created in response to a request from, and inspired by, IC International. We were asked to find a teambuilding activity which would tackle a number of themes and issues including communication, leadership skills, project management, creativity, time management, problem solving, planning and the benefits of working in a team.

Having delivered The Inspiration Game^TM many times since, we have expanded its remit to ensure that during the session, the delegates learn and develop a wide variety of life skills and values in an entertaining and supportive environment

Alternatively it can be delivered without these key messages for a fun team-bonding session.

The Results
Because our teambuilding activity was such a great success, IC International has brought us in to deliver The Inspiration Game^TM on many different occasions and for many different clients. Demonstrating the long-term partnership that we have developed with IC International, we are now asked to deliver approximately 5-6 different teambuilding events for their clients every year, and have been doing so for over 4 years. The Inspiration Game^TM is now our flagship teambuilding event.
